What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because every DAG piece is made to order, orders go into production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at support@shopdialejagomez.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Whether you’re in the US, Latin America, Europe, or anywhere else on the planet — DAG ships to you.
How long does shipping take?
Because each piece is made to order, please allow:
- USA: 5–8 business days (production 2–4 days + shipping 2–4 days)
- International: 10–twenty business days depending on destination and customs
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Final cost is shown before you complete your purchase — no surprises.
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
Products & Sizing
What is print-on-demand (POD)?
Print-on-demand means every DAG piece is created specifically for you when you order it. We don’t hold inventory — your item is printed, quality-checked, and shipped directly to you. This allows us to offer premium quality without mass production.
What material are the shirts made of?
Our signature tees — including the Neon Rain Tee — are made from 100% combed ring-spun cotton, pre-shrunk for a consistent fit. Soft, durable, and built to last.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. Our tees run true to size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or staying true to size for a fitted look.
Will the print fade or crack over time?
Our DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing produces high-definition prints that are made to last. To keep your DAG piece looking fresh:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Tumble dry on low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the print
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference changes. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at support@shopdialejagomez.com.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at support@shopdialejagomez.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right immediately.
Digital Products
How do I access my digital download after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your downloads through your account page on shopdialejagomez.com. Download links are valid for a limited time, so save your files promptly.
Can I share or resell the digital content?
No. All digital content sold at shopdialejagomez.com is for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of any DAG digital product is strictly prohibited and protected by copyright.
